Alex Santos is the founder of Nimble Advisors, a fractional HR consulting firm based in Miami, Florida, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. For more than 20 years, Alex has helped business owners turn human resources from a reactive function into a strategic advantage — building the systems, structures, and leadership infrastructure that let companies scale without breaking.

Alex works most often with founders and CEOs running 10 to 250-person organizations who have outgrown ad-hoc HR but aren't ready for a full-time CHRO. Alex holds an M.B.A. from the University of Miami and an M.S. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University — a combination that bridges business strategy and the science of human performance. He previously held the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, reflecting more than two decades of senior-level HR experience across private industry.

He understands what it actually costs to get people decisions wrong, because he has seen it from both sides of the employer relationship.
