New Medicaid Provider Minimum Wage Requirement

If you participated in Florida’s Freedom First Budget, you are required to pay your employees $15/hour on any payrolls processed on or after October 1, 2022.

You would have signed a special addendum with the Agency for Healthcare Administration and need to advise them of your participation and update employee wages accordingly.
